Within.
I stretch out my arms,
I release my fists,
I raise my head,
And I open my eyes.
I see the ceiling,
I see the boundaries of life.
I hold it all.
I let the streams treble past.
I smell the scents of time,
And try to see what's mine.
I try to keep my fists open,
Yet clenching become an habit.
I try to let the air trickle,
Yet some how I seem to trip.
I close my eyes.
I close my eyes,
I shut them tight.
I open my eyes,
And I close them again.
Reality I beckon thee,
Leave me free.
I prefer my world,
But, what if you are my world?
Then be mine.
I am yours.
